Failing forces you to rethink and reevaluate and learn how to do things better. You learn much more about yourself when the chips are down. You become resilient, and you learn how to persevere.
Being comfortable with failure means you are comfortable taking risks. Without taking the risk of starting my own consulting company and failing along the way, I would have never arrived where I am today.
